Shipping & Return policy

All orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm PST will be shipped that same day via USPS 2-3 day shipping. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following day. Free shipping on all orders over $35.

 

100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not satisfies with your purchase for any reason we will refund your purchase for unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will processed and returned in the original form of payment and name of the purchaser. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are nonrefundable. 

  • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.

  • If your order is returned after 30 days or item(s) look used and opened, you will not be eligible for a refund. So please do not send back those items.

  • Packages returned back to lashloverslane.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. Should you require further assistance, please email lashloverslane@gmail.com

Defective Products:

 

If an item may be considered defective, please email lashloverslane@gmail.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by lashloverslane.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

 

Mistake or Damaged Order:

 

Please email lashloverslane.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date for security purposes.
